As a global brand for PCs and printers, Hewlett-Packard has creative and technical needs in numerous departments as they roll out new products and support information.

Objective: HP's Pavilion PC division wanted to lower costs by reducing call volume to the support center.

Solution: Our team analyzed the support center call logs and created a web-based self-help application installed on the desktop for HP PC computers and printers. The project included content development, localization and user testing in 12 countries.
